The All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) administers the Paramedical entrance exam, which serves as the gateway for admission to both undergraduate and postgraduate paramedical programs in AIIMS colleges.

AIIMS provides a total of 171 seats for paramedical courses, and this count does not include the 571 seats available for B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing, which is also offered by the institute based on the same examination.
