It is extremely difficult to predict marks required by you to get a seat in AIIMS Delhi
This is because,
it is the first time ever when AIIMS Delhi and other AIIMS will be conducting admission through neet  also required will depend upon various factors like kind of marks obtained by students in the examination , toughness level of the neet examination etc.
Also, seats are very limited in AIIMS Delhi ,
keeping these things in mind you should target around 680 marks at least in your neet examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Delhi if you belong to general category

NEET cutoffs or in fact each and Every Entrance Exam cutoffs varies from Year to Year as it is dependent on various factors like Number of Students appearing in the exam, Difficulty of the paper etc.

One more thing, as this is the first time NEET is considered for AIIMS Delhi hence it is pretty difficult for anyone to predict the cutoffs but seeing the reputation of the college it will be surely above 600
