Since the percentile varies annually based on factors like the number of candidates that appeared, top score, normalised marks, etc., it is challenging to estimate the precise scores.  However, according to data from prior years, a candidate cannot be admitted to IIIT Hyderabad unless they receive a percentile of 99.9+ and more than 255.
