Hey Prashant

The special round will be conducetd only afterthe seat allottment of second round counselling (which has not yet taken place). You will have to wait till it is over for Second Extended Round of KCET 2020 Counselling. As for the cutoff the ones who did not get a seat in the first round are automatically eligible for second round so there is no particular cutoff as such. It changes from college to colleeg and stream to stream.
