First of all there is no home state quota in any of the IIiTs, admission are done on the basis of All India Quota.

As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of  CSAB 2nd round then it shows that the closing rank for IIIT Bhagalpur was 65219 for CSE branch in IIIT Bhagalpur under Other state quota for OBC category. Now to secure such rank you should have your JEE-Main 2021 score at least 90 marks out of 300.
