The cutoff varies every year, and every year the competition is increasing. It is only possible to predict once the exam is conducted and the cutoff declared. But a safe score would be above 570-600.

Talking Directly in terms of marks A score of 580+ would be safer fro girls. But it is always great if you score more.

• Firstly, gather all the details about the officially prescribed syllabus for the examination.
• Make a proper time-table for your preparations.
• Follow the time table strictly and increase your potential day by day.
• Consider the good preparation books and study materials.
• Practice mock test & previous year question papers.
• Make mistakes while practising, and correct them and never repeat them.
• Never give up even at your low time.
• Stay stress free & healthy while preparing for exams.
• Don’t try to include new topics at the end of preparations.

Thumbs up for your desire to be in AFMC one of the best nedical college of India with best life style.Dear , you should know that  neet marks are important for AFMC, but again they are not the sole ones to decide your fate.Still for your convenience i may suggest you to try securing mark in the range of 570 and above.And remember always cutoff for girls is a bit higher than boys as the total no of seats for girls is less.Again To have a brief idea about the procedures to get into AFMC i would like to give the following details below as i myself was selected as AIR 51(BM) and i feel i know something about this dream college of yours.

Selection procedures

First of all appear NEET and give your best.Then wait for the result.

On declaration of the NEET Results by CBSE, AFMC Pune shall draw merit from amongst the candidates who have applied online to AFMC Pune and also appeared for the NEET examination.



The online registration / candidate Id numbers of the candidates who are shortlisted for interview based on merit will be displayed on the website. The intimation for interview will be sent on email ids of successful candidates. They will find call letters for the interview once they log on into their account.



The shortlisted candidates in order of online registration numbers are called for Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic and Reasoning (ToELR), Psychological assessment cum Interview and Medical Examination to be held in the month of June / July at AFMC, Pune.



ToELR will be in the form of CBT (Computer Based Test) consisting of 40 MCQs of 2.0 marks each amounting to a maximum of 80 marks and will be held at AFMC Pune. There will be negative marks of 0.5 for every incorrect answer. These 40 questions will be required to be answered in 30 minutes. The marks obtained in ToELR will be added to NEET-2017 score (max of 720) to get a score out of 800. This will be divided by 4 to get the written examination score out of 200. The interview will consist of 50 marks. The final merit will be based on the Final score thus obtained (Written examination score + Interview marks).



On the basis of the Final score (NEET-2017 score, ToELR score and interview marks) two merit lists, one for boys and one for girls, will be drawn up and admissions will be offered only to these shortlisted candidates in accordance with their final merit position. Individual call letters of admission will be available in login ID of selected candidates who would be required to join AFMC. The remaining candidates will be on the waiting list. The result will be displayed on and at the O/o DGAFMS and Admission cell AFMC Pune.So you need to work hard from today a reserve a seat( literally speaking) in AFMC.

On a very honest note, it'll be a little difficult at this point of time to predict the precise score, since it all depends on how easy or difficult the question paper is and also how well people aspiring for getting in to AFMC perform. One thing is for sure, the competition will only get tougher with time and the cut off marks have only been soaring higher every year.



Keeping all of the the above facts in mind, I'd recommend you to aim for a score above 570, don't settle for anything lesser than that. For now, just keep working and give your best. Time will take care of the rest.
