Nothing can be said for sure. As the sole purpose of mock seat allotment is to provide a rough idea of seats that will be allotted to you in round 1.
What really happens is after the mock seat allocation round many candidates end up changing their preferences to get the best possible seat based on mock seat allotment result.
Due to so many candidates changing their preference order, the ACTUAL ROUND 1 seat allotment result comes out to be different from mock seat allotment.
