The first and foremost thing is announcement of results and on the day of result,you will get your rank card which consist of your marks obtained in each subject,all india rank and category rank.  NEET counselling will be done by the Medical Counselling Committee tentatively. The counselling will be organised online in two rounds. The seat allotment of NEET will be done on the basis of NEET AIR.

Yeah !! You have to wait for sometime after the completion of NEET exam.  The specified date for counseling will be announced by the official , then only registration like process will start.
