Dear Rana, your rank is determined by your score, Category and other Tie breaking situations. To be eligible for NEET, for a Candidate of General Category, the score should be 50 percentile of top NEET score, for PWD it is 45 percentile and for OBC,SC,ST it is 40 percentile. This year the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 134-701
OBC,SC,ST: 107-133
PWD: 120-133

Now mere scoring the cut offs cannot fetch you a MBBS seat. This cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for NEET, no.of candidates qualified in NEET, top NEET score, dificulty of the exam. Now the All India Ranks and State Merit list are 2 different lists. A rank can determine a seat but that isnt enough to guess the probabilities.
