Hey!

You must have applied for admission under undergraduate programme in University of Delhi. Then after registration, you must have received a mail confirmation and a fee receipt of the payment you would have made during the registerations. If you have gotten the mail after you completed the application process, then you are eligible to apply for the admission to various DU colleges.

Once the students are allowed to apply for the colleges and courses of their choice according to the eligibility criteria and marks obtained, you can then apply. You can apply for one college in one cut off. Supposedly, you select a college, the college will confirm your selection and you will have to pay the fees required by the college to secure your admission. Once you have done that, your admission will be confirmed.
