Dear Aspirant

For joining the Flying and Ground Duty in Indian Air Force you need to qualify AFCAT.

The eligibility criteria is as follows:

For flying branch through AFCAT/ NCC entry

Candidates must be 20 to 24 years as on January 1 of the year that you are applying

The upper age limit for candidates holding valid and current commercial pilot license issued by DGCA is relaxable up to 26 years

For Ground Duty branch:

Candidates must be 20 to 26 years

Marital status: Single

Educational qualification:

candidates must have scored a minimum of 60% marks each in maths and physics at 10+2 level.

Graduation with a minimum of three years degree course in ay discipline from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent

or

BE/ B.tech degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
