Hello dear student,
I won't down your spirit but dear student this year studejst who got 540 marks and slightly even more were not able to get admission in any government medical college so I hope by looking at this you are able to understand that competition is really though and getting 470 marks won't help you if you are a student of general category. Rest to score 550+ marks try to solve as much as MCQ's you can solve and try to solve previous year's question papers of neet and also of aipmt as neet was not there before 2013 . Solving questions and brushing up your concepts will be sifficient. And the important part is not losing confidence in this crucial time as many of the student loose this important thing which is needing in exam . I hope this is helpful
Best wishes
