Because Government colleges will select students by conducting CLAT exam,So it is mandatory to write the CLAT exam.

CLAT Consortium has announced that the application fee of CLAT 2020 can be paid till July 15, The registration system has been closed on July 10. The candidates could also select the new exam centres which are given by the Consortium
