hi rohit,the merit lists for admission into cmc will be prepared based on NEET 2019 scores only. The application form filling process would include steps like registration, uploading of documents and payment of counselling. Based on applications received by it, admission authority will publish the state merit list of CMC Vellore, the cut off percentile for sc/st is 40th percentile, good luck
