You need to register for Online Deemed/Central Universities UG Counseling-2019 in the mentioned link https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/registration/RegisterVerify and follow up the instructions as given.

However, if a candidate had already registered in round-1, then don't need to register and make payments again for round-2 but have to make fresh choices for round-2.
