Dear praveen,
I am sending you the link which states that you have to follow 3 steps to apply for KMC manipal including registration fees.

In 2017 NEET cut off was people from AIR 300 - 14000 get in KMC Manipal and cut off can be approx till 460 marks.
So you can compare it from previous year result.
