You can apply for medical colleges in Tamil Nadu via two ways:

1.) The 15%  All India Quota if you do not belong to the state.

2.) Th 85% State Quota if you carry the domicile of the state.

Admissions via both the All India Quota and State Quota are going to take place after the announcement of the NEET UG results. This will be in the first week of June. Following that details about counselling will be released. For counselling via All India Quota, keep checking the official website of NTA. For counselling via State Quota, keep checking the official website of DME, Tamil Nadu.

To get admission to Medical colleges ( Both govt and private )in any state of India you need to appear for NEET UG exam. After getting a good score appear for counseling session and select college of your choice.
You either attend the All India counseling or state counseling in case you have Tamil Nadu domicile.
