NEET results were declared on 5th June for admission to medical courses throughout the country.

First of I would like to suggest you to re-tally your answers to official answer key released by NTA which is available on NEET official website. If you still feel something wrong in marks and rank alloted to you can opt for revaluation. For that you need to be updated with the official NEET website, the notification for same will be released there only.
