Hello Raghuraman, you can get admission in psg college by giving its test organised by their official. I think the admission is not based on only JEE Main scores, but also on your board exam marks. So, you can get admission by applying to PSG with both you JEE scores as well as board exam marks (percentage). Admissions to PSG college of technology is done on the basis of the TNEA counseling. You can take admission here on the basis of the JEE Main score.
TNEA registration has started from 2th  May2019. You can apply latest by 31stMay 2019.
