You can participate in the second round of West Bengal neet ug counseling if you have not been aloted any seat in the first round.  You just need to have a new choice filling for the second round and remember you don't need to register again for the second round.

If you registered for first round of counselling of West Bengal and didnot get any seat in first round of counselling then you need not register for second round again.
For participating in second round of counselling, you need to fill fresh choices for second round of counselling which is scheduled to start from 26 July 2019.
