In order to pursue BPT course you have to fulfill basic eligibility criteria i.e. 50 percent in 12 th .
Along with this you must appear for NEET as all the top institutes conduct their admission process based on score of NEET. However some of the autonomous institutes such as BVP conduct their own entrance exams.

For admission in BPT you can take Neet and take admission in colleges that participate in Neet counseling but it is not necessary. You can also directly take admission in private colleges of your choice by checking their admission criteria, which is usually 50% marks in 12th PCB. Most colleges provide direct admission.
