Once the 12th result's are declared, counseling dates  will be out. Once the counseling dates are out, you can visit the official I'd regarding your particular state and apply for it. If you don not have idea how to apply here are the steps,

• You will be in need to create your login id
• make sure your number is linked to your Aadhar card
• Once you create login id, you need to fill the form with particular proof's
• After filling up the form, you will be asked to select a bunch of College, select in which you want admission ,based on your 12th marks your admission will be alloted
• Final step will be payment, without payment your form will not be submitted
