Hello,

The main thing for destruction is eagerness towards the thing which distracts you. Now, distractions are common, one gets distracted with game's,some with no interest on particular work you want to do and many more. If your distraction is from the studies here are few tips,
.
  • Make a goal to complete syllabus in particular Time
  • do not over stress with studies
  • Daily go for new things to learn
  • don't get sticked with only one subject
  • Research about the things which looks interesting
.
Now, listen even go for other things, like playing games, watching TV etc, because stress freeing your mind is most important thing to focus Futher on studies. See that you won't exceed limit's which again distracts you
