To become a Cosmetologist you should be at least 16 years of age and to have a high school diploma or a GED. You can join any school related to it. Then you can choose any specialization like Beautician, Hairstylist, Wedding stylist, Barber stylist, Nail technician, Manager stylist, Salon assistant or Spa manager. And then you need to pass the licensing exam for the same.
