Many Neurosurgeons professionally practice privately. It can be said that in a private practice there is more flexibility and autonomy. For doing a Job as a nuero surgeon in U.S you have to write USMLE 1 and USMLE 2 from India and have to go to U.S for USMLE 3. It is for getting medical licence in U.S and to practise there. Private practice doctors can choose their area of intrest, but for foreign citizens, USMLE is needed.
