Hope you are doing great. So, you haven't paid fees, and you need to cancel the seat. For this, you need to go to the KEA authority in Karnataka, further,

1) You should submit the application for cancellation of seat, in the round which you are allotted.

2) You should take copy of the admission order i.e., allotted college. (you can download it from the website).

3) The result sheet of the exam from the KEA website.

4) Photo Id

5) Aadhar Card

The cancellation will not be done through online, you need to visit KEA.
