There is no such thing as Home state rank in jee mains. I think what you are trying to know is home state cutoff for government colleges in your state. You can search for cut-off NIT in your state on google under the category Home state(HS).
If you find any trouble getting the cut-offs for previous year please tell me your state and I will give you the link where you can check the cut-offs.
