If you want to calculate your rank then use this formula-
100 - your total percentile score is the percentage  of people ahead of you. 869010 are the number of candidates appeared for Jan exam. So rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100.

If you want to check your result go to the official website that is jeemaun.nic.in or ntaresults.nic.in and enter the required details then your rank card will be available for downloading.

To calculate your rank with the help of your percentile, we should use the formula:(100-your total percentile)*869010/100. Now this is for January session. If the no.of Candidates appearing for JEE Mains April session is increased to 12,00,000 then your final rank is calculated using the formula: (100 - your total score) X 12,00,000/100.
