There are no separate home state ranks for JEE Mains. You JEE Mains AIR is the sole rank on which admission to NITs depend. Actually the opening and closing ranks for Home State (HS) and Other state or All India (OS, AI) are different in the system.

You can check out this link ofJOSAAwebsite. The whole admission process is taken care of by JOSAA.
