yeah absolutely you should have the caste and income certificate from where you have the eligibility only since you will be applying mainly from state eligibility only

In many cases, there are castes that are recognized as ST by the relevant State govt but not by the Central govt. If it's not so and your is accepted by center government also then it won't be any problem.
