You can go through the list of the mock counselling centres opened at different places through the official website and then reach out to any of the centres within the time deadline when all the centres will be open. Generally, mock counselling centres are opened from morning 11 A.M. to evening 5 P.M. If you visit any of the centres then they will guide you through the whole process of WBJEE counselling. You don't need to select any centre, you can visit any of them.
