Dear student.

Greetings.

Facing a mental breakdown during preparation for JEE main is quite normal. A lot of people take stress during preparation. But, only a few of them manage to take that stress in a good way and use it to enhance their preparation. You need to understand the fact that overthinking and anxiety won't help you in securing good marks in JEE main examination. So, you need to stop fearing the examination and start working hard to build confidence.

Thank you. All the best.

First thing first its okay if you haven't enrolled to a coaching institue. Focus on your 12th right now. It is more important also first comes your own well being. The way you are asking seems like you are already stressed about it so just calm down take deep breathes and take it easy. With time you will figure it out.

Dear Piyush
Inorder to face those times you need to self potentially enough to face the physically as well mentally challenges because these kind of small issues will happen with all the JEE aspirants but for those who have the ambition of cracking the IIT-JEE will not affect from these type of brackers. So try to become more mentally tough in comparison with the physically toughness.
All the best
