how to do masters after doing bfm course??

Bfm refers to bachelors in financial management which is a three year specialisation course.

Naturally one can start by taking up some job under a broker to gain experience in capital markets. 

Or you can opt for masters degree from renowned stock exchanges like bse LTD, nse LTD.

You can also opt for MBA degree which will give you a much wider scope than bfm course.
