yes you can register for both the courses MBBS and BDS simultaneously with the same NEET score as neet organises single counselling for both the courses.During the process of choice filling you will get to select either BDS or MBBS or Both the courses you need to mention the college name which provide these courses. the college names should be as per your preferences.
