Follow the mentioned below steps to make the correction in KEAM 2018 application form:

• Log-in by using KEAM 2018 application number and password

• Click the menu item ‘Memo’ provided on the home page and view the details of the errors in the application form listed out by the examination conducting authority.

• Take the printout of the Memo and the required proformas for correcting the defects in the KEAM application form 2018.

• If candidates find the error in respect of photograph/signature/thumb impression, they can upload correct photograph/signature/thumb impression. However, candidates will have to send the memo, proformas, and other required certificates along with the documented proof by registered post/speed post/hand delivery to the address given below:
