but still having this in mind that you are having your User id/Login id and Password with you , y ou can follow the instructions given on the website on how to fill the application.

Whatever the application is there are some MUST HAVE things you should have before filling any Application,these are:

1 .Passport Size photo (scanned ) { the dimensions of the pic should be adjusted according to the instructions given}

2. Signature(scanned) { the dimensions of the pic should be adjusted according to the instructions given}

3. Class X and XII mark sheet(scanned)

*NOTE- these are the basic requirements you should fulfill before filling any application form, some additional things can also come into existence at the time of filling the Application.
