Biology is a very practical and interesting subject.For the NEET preparation focusing only on biology is Ok but you have to attempt the chemistry and physics portion equally too.

As you said you are good at biology and have strong basics and you study regularly and revise it too. Then, yes you can score 200+ in 10 days.

To get 200+ in biology in NEET can be easy for you , if you 

- Study regularly at fixed time.

- Take short intervals while studying. This will help in capturing the topic more easily and you will be able to remember at a long term.

- Ask doubts. Either it about a micro organism too. Just ask it . It gives you confidence.

- learn the subject practically. Try to link it to things arouy you. It will help you in recalling things.

- Practice last year papers as much as you can. It will update you to new examination pattern and the type of questions mostly asked. All the latest books available online just give at a look.

-Talk with the person who have experienced in biology. Gain knowledge ( out of the box).

-Practice daigrams and theory by writing. It help to feed things more quickly in your mind.

- Most important, believe in yourself and have faith in you.
