During the certificate verification process, you need to submit the study certificate of 7 years, if you are having any gap year then you need to submit the related self-declaration form of a certificate also called as an affidavit. For this, you need to print the draft of self-declaration on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- and sign the form in front of a notary, then the notary will seal and sign your affidavit. Now this affidavit should be produced during the certificate verification process to be eligible for fee reimbursement
