If you want a Normal admission with management quota then it's bit difficult but not impossible.

If you have particular colleges list then visit college official website you will be getting information if the college is offline or online.

If you find offline colleges then you will getting admission only if seats are available.If seats aren't available try for another colleges.

If seats aren't available then you should try next year or in management quota.
.
You will get seat as you said you are ST category.
There will be more reservation and less requirement.
