There is nothing like management quota that we have in India. There are wide range of colleges and universities offering MBBS course in China,Ukraine,Russia,USA etc.

But an applicant who completed the course of MBBS will be required to give an exam in India according to the Medical Council of India norms to make sure the degree is acceptable in India also.
