Harcourt Butler Technical University abbreviated as HBTU and also known as HBTI is a government technical university located at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The university offers degree programmes at various undergraduate, post graduate and doctoral levels. These programmes are offered in various disciplines which include engineering & technology, computer application and business & management studies.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria for all courses:

The minimum eligibility criteria for admissions to the undergraduate programmes state that the candidates will have to complete their 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination, from a recognized board.

For post graduate programmes, the candidates will have to complete their graduation with a minimum of 50-60% marks in the qualifying examination, from a recognized university.
