I hope you are doing well in this tough time.
As per your question, after pursuing your Diploma, you can take admission in Engineering College as Lateral entry to pursue your B.Tech degree. You can find good colleges where they offer lateral entry to the Diploma holders. For some colleges, there might be an entrance examination also.
