Hello aspirant,

Inorder, to get a seat in good engg. college you have to secure a good score in the KCET Exam. Now, if you want a free seat( Tuition fees= Rs 0) your guardians annual income should be less than Rs 2.5 lacs per annum and as a proof of that that you need to produce a white ration card or income certificate stating the same.
