Dear Pritam, now NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical Colleges across India including West Bengal.Admission to Medical Colleges in West Bengal are conducted through All India Counselling for 15% seats and State Counselling for 85% seats. Now you haven't mentioned your Category. In 2018, the cut offs for each Category in GMCs in Kolkatta have been as follows:

General Category: 500

OBC-A: 500

OBC-B: 495

SC: 374

ST: 188

Now this is 2018 data. Cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So if you want to secure a seat in any Medical College in Kolkata, you should score 100 marks more than the cut offs mentioned against your Category.
