Yes PES offers scholarships for all the sems
but one need to have eligibility for that scholarship,
Grade point more than 8.5 along with top 20%
The top 20% from each class are given a 25% fees waiver, at the end of each year and also all students scoring a SGPA of more than 8(and 9) are given 500 (and 1000) at the end of each semester.
