In case you aren't alloted any seat throughout the Counselling Procedure of NEET 2019, your money would be refunded back to you at the end of all the rounds of Counselling into your bank account.
There's no worry in that. It would be safely returned, but it might take some time as the Counselling period generally gets over during September. Only after then, if the refunding process regulated.
