A very powerful motivational technique you can apply is to set yourself well-thought-out goals and objectives. Objectives and aims are one of the best sources of motivation, as it will keep you focused and enable you to “do whatever it takes” to accomplish your goals. Furthermore, cleverly chosen objectives will inspire you to greater heights, allowing you to reach your true potential. Some times students get fadeup of studying & hard work but to close your eyes think once about your future as a successful person where you want to be, it will help you to do hard work & to move on to further steps.

You can follow below given tips

1. Set a goal & determine an appropriate reward for it’s accomplishment

2. Associate the efforts you take with the positive reward

3. Ambitious challenges require outstanding rewards

4. Basic objectives should only be rewarded slightly

5. Avoid vagueness and negations.

6. State how you intent to achieve your goal.

7. Force yourself to do 1 or 2 hour of studying then slowly it will convert in your habit & routine.

8. Very Important be positive about yourself.

Good Luck!

Dear Sneha
It rather than to be self motivation. I'll give some suggestions like
Watch some TEDX talks.  They are like more motivational ones just watch one or 2 for a day.  You'll get to know the power of watching Ted talks.
Everyday try to read one story.
Try to learn from children rather than from adults.
All the best.

Don't be tensed and panic. As you know that you are going to face a problem known as exams, so have a cool mind and just focus on what you have studied and what you have to study.
Because Exams have to come and go

Hello Sneha,

The condition which you are facing right now ,Actually it happens with everyone in time between December to january month.I had also faced such situations. But don't let you down.If you have prepaired well then no one can actually stop you in clearing the JEE as well as Boards also with very good marks.

Just don't stop doing the practise.Give your final practicals with full confidence. After your practical exam i can assure you that you would see the difference.

Good luck
