Anyone appearing in class 13 this year or passed class 12 in 2018 or 2017 will be eligible tp appear in Jee exam irrespective of their age.
Percentage is not a criteria to appear in Jee exam. You have to pass class 12 and you are eligible for jee exam.
I will tell you regarding this query very briefly to eligible for iit the class 12th marks should be atleast 75% it is for sure where as for SC/St category the eligibility marks are 65% so based on your category you will be eligible at this condition
