Steps to Calculate :

1. Find your Percentile Score – For example, if your percentile is 96, this means you performed better than 96% of the candidates.

2. Know the Total Number of Candidates – Check how many students appeared for the exam. For example, if 10 lakh (1,000,000) students appeared.

Important Points:

This gives an approximate rank, actual ranks may vary based on tie-breaking rules and category reservations.

For category rank (like SC, ST, OBC) the total number of candidates will be different.
