Since NEET will be more tough n competitive than your semester exams, I suggest you to prepare for NEET except one or two days before your semester exams... That 2 days will be enough to get pass in your semester...

If you want to read more allocate more time depending on that.

Spare 2-3 hrs a week for semester preparation , and then 7 days before exam would be enough.

Devote rest of the time for Neet preparation.

Make your proper time-table according to your convince and strictly follow that. You can decide which topics you have to complete in a day and how you have to revise the whole syllabus.
